U-Wing Simulation Cessna C172S Advanced Aviation Training Device has been successfully delivered to Jiangxi Institute of Economic Administrators (Jiangxi Flight College) recently. After a thorough inspection and acceptance process, the equipment has been officially put into teaching operation.

The Cessna C172S AATD developed and manufactured by U-Wing Simulation, complies with the CAAC MH/T9011-2021 "Specification for advanced aviation training device assessment" and FAA AC61-136B standards. The equipment utilizes state-of-the-art digital simulation technology to faithfully replicate and reproduce the controls, instruments, equipment, and panels of the Cessna 172 aircraft model with high fidelity. It can be used for ground and flight training programs and operations required for a Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot License. The device offers comprehensive simulation and training capabilities and, upon approval by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) or the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the United States, can substitute for actual flight training hours.

The Advanced Aviation Training Devices (AATDs) produced by U-Wing Simulation offer significant advantages in training subjects and expanded functionality, ease of maintenance, cost-effectiveness, and more. The device supports one-click setup and management of training subjects and training progress from the instructor station, catering to the flight training requirements of different subjects and scenarios. Additionally, multiple AATDs can be interconnected through a local area network (LAN), allowing for networked flying and integration with air traffic control tower simulation systems to enable ground-to-air communication and training for airspace operations.

Jiangxi Institute of Economic Administrators was established in 1984. It is a directly affiliated institution of the provincial government at the ministerial level. It serves as a training base for economic management knowledge for party and government cadres as well as enterprise managers in the province. The college is also authorized by the Ministry of Education to offer adult undergraduate and full-time vocational education programs. Over the past 30 years, a large number of alumni from the college have become party and government cadres and business leaders both within and outside the province.
According to the decision and deployment of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, the college is actively establishing Jiangxi Flight College, which will offer full-time undergraduate programs. Jiangxi Ganjiang General Aviation Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned limited liability company, is affiliated with Jiangxi Institute of Economic Administrators (designated as the main unit for the establishment of Jiangxi Flight College according to the planning of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government). It was established in June 2019 and currently has the largest general aviation fleet in the Jiangxi region. The company is mainly engaged in flight technology education and pilot license training. It has been operating safely for over three years. The company's business scope includes single-engine private and commercial pilot license training, aerial forest firefighting, and other general aviation flight services. It plays an active role in the development of the general aviation industry in Jiangxi, local economic construction, and the cultivation of aviation professionals.
The company has obtained a CCAR Part 141 training certificate and plans to apply for additional training categories under Part 141 in the future.
