November 9, 2022 - At the 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition site, U-Wing Simulation and Sunward signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
In recent years, with the issuance of favorable policies for the national aviation industry and the booming development of the aviation sector, the market for light sport aircraft has experienced rapid growth. However, due to constraints such as low-altitude airspace and infrastructure, flight training for this aircraft category still faces challenges related to safety, cost-effectiveness, and convenience. The deep collaboration between U-Wing Simulation and Sunward introduces innovative solutions to address these industry challenges.
According to the agreement, both parties will engage in extensive cooperation in the field of light sport aircraft flight training and are going to jointly explore comprehensive flight training solutions tailored to Sunward aircraft, innovating in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service of "aircraft + simulator" systems. This collaboration aims to provide Sunward aircraft owners and flight trainees with a safer, more efficient, comfortable, and cost-effective flight training experience.
Both companies will work together to establish standardized, high-quality product and service systems, aligning with the national initiative to promote domestic alternatives and enhance the self-controllability of the aviation industry. This initiative is in line with the principles of technological leadership and innovation-driven development outlined in the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "14th Five-Year Plan." It is expected to drive the development of China's civil aviation sector in safety, intelligence, technology, and innovation.
