June 24-25, 2021, the UW-09P SR20 G6 flight trainer was developed by Guangdong U-Wing Aviation Technology Co., Ltd (U-Wing Simulation). independently passed the level 5 appraisal of CCAR-60 of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and was successfully delivered to Henan New Silk Road International Flight School for operation and use, which marked that the Chinese enterprise made another significant progress in the field of domestically manufactured flight trainer, and dedicated the centenary of the founding of the Party with the localised independent innovation and technological breakthroughs.
The certified Cirrus SR20 Level 5 trainer adopts an RTSimulator flight simulation platform independently researched and developed by U-Wing Simulation, carrying an independently designed aerodynamic model, engine simulation model, manoeuvring conformity system, view system, etc. The simulation Cirrus Perspective+ G1000 avionics system (including the GFC700 self-pilot instrument) is the first one in China to be completely independently researched and developed, which breaks the foreign simulator manufacturer's monopoly on the SR20 Level 5 trainer and fills in the blank of the domestic flight training equipment in this field.
Henan New Silk Road International Flight School Co., Ltd (New Silk Road Flight School) is a CCAR-141 civil aircraft pilot school established by Henan Civil Aviation Development Investment Co. It mainly provides overall courses for airline pilots, including single-engine private licence, instrument rating, multi-engine commercial licence, high-performance flight, etc. Based on Henan and the surrounding areas, it establishes a special flight training capability with independent innovation as the quality guide, domestic aircraft as the technical basis, and a competency-based flight training system as the core competitiveness. The flight school will develop the flight training market for domestic and foreign transport and general aviation companies, and use this as a basis to actively develop other aviation-related markets.
